Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using SmartTrips.app and paid subscriptions.

Use of the service
SmartTrips.app provides software for planning trips, organizing itineraries, checking route practicality, sharing plans, and exporting trip information. You are responsible for deciding whether a route, place, activity, transport option, or safety recommendation is appropriate for your circumstances.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, attempt unauthorized access, or use SmartTrips.app to create unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure. If you share or publish a trip, you are responsible for the content you make available to others.
You retain ownership of your trip content. You grant SmartTrips.app the rights needed to host, process, display, share, and export that content as part of operating the service.
AI and travel information
AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. SmartTrips.app can help identify route issues, but it does not replace official travel advisories, immigration rules, venue information, local laws, medical advice, or your own judgment.
You should verify critical details such as opening hours, booking requirements, visa rules, accessibility, weather, safety conditions, and transport schedules before relying on a plan.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle may collect payment information, calculate and collect applicable taxes, issue receipts, and provide buyer support for payment-related issues.
Subscription prices, renewal periods, and included limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support. Access to paid features normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to keep the planner useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be available in every environment.
We may update these terms when the product, billing flow, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
